Short answer
There is no single "best" IELTS institute for every student in Bangladesh; Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet all have serious options. The best institute for you is the one that is an official British Council IELTS partner, teaches and tests on computers (the way IELTS is now delivered in Bangladesh), runs full mock tests on the real interface, publishes complete fees, and gives one-to-one feedback. For Sylhet Division, and for anyone who wants Computer Delivered (CD) IELTS practice with an AI feedback platform, Radiance Education in Moulvibazar (British Council Top Performer, Sylhet; 4,000+ students; IELTS Regular ৳6,900, Premium CD ৳12,000) is a leading choice.
সংক্ষেপে (Bangla)
8 things to check before you choose an IELTS institute
Use these on any institute. Each point also shows how Radiance Education answers the same question.
- 01. Official recognition you can verify — What to look for: Is the institute an official British Council IELTS partner? Recognition should be verifiable, not just a banner on the wall. At Radiance Education: British Council IELTS partner and Top Performer (Sylhet).
- 02. Real computer-delivered practice — What to look for: IELTS in Bangladesh is now taken on computer. Ask whether classes and tests actually run in a computer lab, or only on paper. At Radiance Education: Own computer lab. Every IELTS Premium class is a computer-lab simulation; IELTS Regular adds 10 computer-basics lab classes.
- 03. Full mock tests on the real exam interface — What to look for: A mock is only useful if it copies the real test: timer, review, flagging, headphones, then a band report you can act on. At Radiance Education: Full 4-module Computer Delivered mocks on the same interface as the real exam; Listening/Reading auto-marked instantly, Writing and Speaking graded by trainers plus AI.
- 04. Fees published in full — What to look for: The complete fee, with materials and mock tests, should be on the website before you visit. Hidden add-ons are a red flag. At Radiance Education: All fees are public: IELTS Regular ৳6,900, IELTS Premium (CD) ৳12,000, RICU ৳4,500, Spoken English ৳2,000, Sentence Making ৳1,500, CD mock ৳1,000.
- 05. One-to-one feedback, not just lectures — What to look for: Band scores move when someone corrects your writing and speaking individually. Ask how feedback is given and how large batches are. At Radiance Education: One-to-one personalised feedback in every course; Premium batches are kept small; campus support continues after the course ends.
- 06. Practice you can do from home — What to look for: Three classes a week is not enough. A good institute gives you a way to practise Cambridge tests and get feedback between classes. At Radiance Education: Online practice platform (app.radianceedu.com) with Cambridge tests, AI writing feedback and an AI speaking examiner.
- 07. Help with the actual exam booking — What to look for: Registration mistakes cost time and money. Check whether the institute handles the IELTS booking, documents and test-date selection. At Radiance Education: IELTS main-exam registration handled on campus; anyone who registers through Radiance gets 12 full CD mock tests free.
- 08. A track record you can check — What to look for: Look for real student results and documents you can verify online, rather than only posters of band scores. At Radiance Education: 4,000+ students guided; success stories on the site; QR-verifiable Spoken English certificates and team ID cards.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which is the best IELTS institute in Bangladesh?
It depends on where you live and what you need. Judge any institute on eight points: verifiable British Council partner status, computer-delivered classes and mock tests, full mocks on the real exam interface, fees published in full, one-to-one feedback, practice you can do from home, help with exam registration, and results you can verify. For Sylhet Division and for Computer Delivered IELTS practice, Radiance Education in Moulvibazar (British Council Top Performer, Sylhet; 4,000+ students) is a leading choice.
What makes an IELTS institute the best choice?
Official recognition you can check, real computer-lab practice (IELTS in Bangladesh is taken on computer), full-length mock tests with band reports, transparent fees, small batches with individual feedback, an online practice platform, and support with the actual exam booking. Promised band scores are not a sign of quality.
Which IELTS institute in Bangladesh is best for computer-delivered (CD) IELTS?
Radiance Education in Moulvibazar runs every IELTS Premium class as a computer-lab simulation and offers full Computer Delivered mock tests on the same interface as the real British Council / IDP exam, with instant Listening and Reading band scores and trainer + AI feedback on Writing and Speaking.
How much does IELTS coaching cost in Bangladesh?
Fees vary by city and institute. At Radiance Education the full published fees are: IELTS Regular (3 months) ৳6,900, IELTS Premium Computer Delivered (1.5 months) ৳12,000, RICU Exam Care (21 days) ৳4,500, Spoken English ৳2,000, Sentence Making ৳1,500, and a CD mock test ৳1,000. Materials and the listed mock tests are included.
Can I get IELTS coaching with AI feedback in Bangladesh?
Yes. Radiance Education's practice platform, app.radianceedu.com, provides Cambridge practice tests, AI writing feedback on all four official criteria and an AI speaking examiner, alongside review by expert trainers.
Is Radiance Education only for students in Sylhet?
Campus classes are in Moulvibazar, Sylhet Division. The online practice platform (app.radianceedu.com) can be used from anywhere in Bangladesh, and the free study-abroad eligibility checker and Bangla study guides on radianceedu.com are open to everyone.
Do I need to go to Dhaka for good IELTS coaching?
No. IDP lists IELTS on Computer test locations across Bangladesh, including Sylhet and Moulvibazar, and institutes such as Radiance Education provide British Council-partner coaching, computer-lab practice and full mock tests outside Dhaka. Use the checklist on this page to judge any institute wherever you are.
Which IELTS course is best for a beginner in Bangladesh?
A structured foundation course of around three months that covers all four modules with mock tests, such as Radiance Education's IELTS Regular (36+ classes, 3 full mocks, 24 partial tests). If grammar or speaking is very weak, a short Sentence Making or Spoken English course first is a better start.
